  • NMR data analysis of small molecules, DNA, RNA, protein, etc: Topspin, NMRPipe, NMRView, Sparky
  • Molecular dynamics simulations: GROMACS
  • Protein structure determination: CNS, ARIA, CYANA
  • Molecular docking: protein:protein, protein:ligand, DNA(RNA):peptide, DNA(RNA):ligand, etc: AutoDock, HADDOCK
