ANTONIO M. MUNOZ

As a recent addition to the Agris lab, Tony Munoz has begun projects in silico and at the bench. He is aiding Dr. Vendeix and Darnell Graham in determining the standard free energy of base pair formation between tRNA's wobble position nucleoside and the third nucleoside of mRNA's codon. This work includes assessing the contributions of specific posttranslational modifications to base pair formation.
