Our Research

Area 1 -Proteomics
Mass Spectrometry-based proteomic approaches for:
  • Quantifying changes in protein abundance
  • Probing post-translation modifications

  • Using a variety of chemical, enzymatic and metabolic stable isotope labeling techniques

Area 2 - NSF Arabidopsis 2010 project

  • Functional Analysis and Phosphorylation Site Mapping of Leucine-Rich Repeat Receptor-Like Kinases in Arabidopsis

Area 3 - Structural mass spectrometry
  • Developing novel cross-linking reagents to probe protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions

  • Developing methods to probe protein-protein interactions at amino acid residue resolution using covalent 1H/2H exchange
